Therapeutic mud is a 100% totally natural organic treatment. Peat mud is rich in the minerals magnesium, manganese, copper, silica, zinc and molybideum. It also has naturally occurring biologically active ingredients such as humic and fulvic acid, hemicellulose and pectin, all of which have their own therapeutic properties. This organic mud mask can help relieve numerous skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne and dermatitis. It is suitable to any and all skin types, normal, oily, sensitive and dry. It can also be used on other parts of the body locally to help with arthritis and rheumatism, inflammatory muscle and joint pain and areas affected by skin conditions. Peat mud improves circulation, aids in desquamation (exfoliating) and helps in the elimination of toxins. It helps remove skin cell build-up associated with conditions such as dermatitis, caused by over production at cellular level, without irritation. This mask treatment is a real treat, while deep cleansing it also exfoliates, without the need to rub or stress the skin, resulting in a smooth soft renewed complexion.

Instructions:

For face - apply to skin, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Cover with warm damp face towel and leave for 10/15 minutes. Do not allow mud mask to dry out. Gently rinse off after required time and wash with appropriate Synergy facial wash. This mud treatment can be used on any part of the body, which is affected by eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis, or areas of inflammation due to muscular or joint pain. Simply apply to affected area, cover with cling wrap and rinse after 20 minutes. Alternatively apply to area and soak in warm bath for 15/20 minutes. Synergy mud treatment is so gentle, natural and effective, it is safe to use on children and adults alike. Due to the circulation stimulation, it is normal for the skin to have heightened colour after a mud treatment, this subsides quite quickly.
