Long life Milk contains strong preservatives.

Not true. The process application of high-temperature that Milk is heated to (135C) then quickly cooled makes "bad" bacteria perish, but all the vitamins are retained.

Boiling water destroys pathogenic micro organisms.

It is not quite so. Boiling water does not destroy even micro organisms, heavy metals, pesticides to name but a few. This is not enough for its purification. Remember beneficial salts of calcium and magnesium are left inside a teapot after boiling.
Chopping boards made of wood are unhygienic.
The fact of the matter is, there is no difference, where hygiene is concerned, between them. Most people believe that wood boards are better.

Carrots are beneficial for your eyes.

Carrots contain beta-carotene, our bodies converts this vitamin A which is needed for the function of the eye's retina. Large quantities of beta-carotene are found in the liver and are easily replenished with various products. So the myth that you'll not get enough vitamin A if you don’t eat your carrots, appear to be just another old wife’s tale.

Pork is Fattening

Sausages, ribs etc are loaded with calories, If you take 3 ounces of pork tenderloin has approx 140 calories and compare it to 3 ounces of skinless chicken breast you will find they are exactly the same in calories

You don’t have to wash organic food

All Food, no matter where you purchase it from, is susceptible to bacteria, All soil has runoff water that's contaminated with E. coli-harbouring animal poop can get onto produce. Be very careful with melons, lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, as they grow close to the ground. Your best option, is wash everything. It is as simple as that.

How do we know what is organic

Once we see the label ORGANIC  we believe it. The fact of the matter is we are all being fooled with words and legislation around what is Organic.

•    Products labelled ORGANIC must consist of 95 percent organically produced ingredients
•    Products that contain only a whopping 70 % organic ingredients can fool us with the label saying Made with organic ingredients, then charge us more. Read your labels if you are going to buy organic.

The fact of the matter is sometimes the normal shelf products which are a lot cheaper are possibly more organic then products marked MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS.

It’s OK to skip breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal. As we are sleeping, we must remember our bodies are fasting for an average of about eight hours. Although
People skip breakfast they catch up on energy requirements throughout the day.
They are most unlikely going to get all the vitamins and minerals they need, where as a simple breakfast can provide you with the kick start your body needs after sleeping.
Think about it, when you miss out on breakfast what do we do, we snack on foods that are high in sugar or fat by mid-morning
