Anti-Aging Nutritional Tips

               Eat unrefined whole unadulterated food and organic when possible

               Eat at least 6 portions of fresh fruit and vegetables everyday

               Eat more organic chicken and wild fish and less red meat

               Drink 8 glasses of water per day

               Eat 1 tablespoon of nuts/seeds per day

               Reduce wheat intake, replace with more oats

               Cut down on refined foods and sugar

               Consume less dairy products, choose rice or soya (non-GM) milk

               Try to eat raw fruit and vegetables as much as possible

               Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake

               Don’t smoke

               Choose complex carbohydrates, not refined (brown rice rather than white)

               Include plenty of lentil, beans and pulses

               Eat lots of dark green leafy vegetables

               Eggs – choose organic free range if possible

               Check for food allergies and sensitivities

               Eat at regular intervals

               Eat a balanced diet

               Get 6.5-8 hours sleep per night

               Exercise 15 minutes each day, e.g. brisk walking, swimming etc…

               Top up with a good quality multi-vitamin/mineral formula

               Time out – walk, listen to music, meditate, anything that reduces stress levels
